the staff provided great support, especially bruno and his team. it was acceptable.

the standard double room was like a narrow corridor and it really wasnt fun. it took changing rooms before we had any real space to move around. unlike some design hotels i know, there werent public spaces, aside from the restaurant. i did find that frustrating because i like to work outside the room when possible.

location proved great. staff welcomed us, it was professional. they noted my birthday from my passport. they sent a slice of cake and sparkling wine to my room. i thoroughly enjoyed our time, it was superb.

a crane stood close to the room windows. the noise was quite considerable.

the location were very good in bairro alto. the service were very good, and the staff were friendly. they were attentive to all requests i had. rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. it came with good views.

there was no drinking water provided in the room. it must be provided in hotels of this standard. this i found slightly off-putting.

The staff was super friendly and went far to meet our needs. I appreciated breakfast being expansive with delicious choices. Views from Principe Real was gorgeous. It provided a wonderful base. I enjoyed a fruit plate that welcomed me to my room along with complimentary white port.

I found no real bar or public space, and the seating area was limited.
